You can set the infrared deep heat manually for 1, 4, 8 or 12 hours between 30-70°C according to your own preferences.
There are also 2 pre-set biophoton programs.

We hope you love your VITORI purchase! But in the improbable event it's not quite your perfect match, don't worry! You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return form via email (return@vitori.com). We're happy to accept returns, but please note that return shipping is self-funded. It is best to use the crystal mat with a cotton sheet.
If it does get dirty, clean it with a cotton cloth, water and a mild detergent. Switch off the crystal mat beforehand.
The consumption is 280 watts per hour, which corresponds to 0.28 kWh.
The crystal mat therefore consumes about as much as a computer.
All you need is an application area measuring 190cm x 80cm on the floor, couch or bed. After use, you can easily stow the system in the handy 80cm x 63cm x 14cm carry bag and store it under the bed, for example.
A special carbon layer and copper-silicon fabric act as EMF scavengers and significantly reduce harmful electromagnetic radiation.

Yes, the duration of the various forms of therapy can be set individually.
Magnetic field therapy
Preset programs (p. 13) are a composition of different magnetic field strengths, including pauses. The magnetic field is therefore not continuously active during this time - but then reactivates automatically. For longer applications, the pauses are also very important so that the body can recover and regulate itself and process the information.
Infrared deep heat
The duration of the infrared deep heat can be set for 1, 4 or 8 hours. Information on this can be found in the user manual (p. 10).
Biophotons
The duration of the biophoton therapy can be set for 30 minutes or 8 hours (with integrated breaks). Information on this can be found in the user manual (p. 10).
This means that as soon as the LED on the control unit is no longer lit, the associated therapy is not active in this phase.
Yes, you can combine the forms of therapy as you wish.
Magnetic field therapy, biophoton therapy and infrared deep heat can be switched on or off individually.
This function is suitable for users who want a more specific application using the PEMF. Simply select program P0 and set the desired Hz (1-30).
A recommendation for settings can be found on pages 16 to 18.
The crystal mat can be folded in two places. These places are directly intended for this purpose. The crystal mat can then be stowed away again in the carrying bag supplied.
Application
First of all, it is important to check that the plug is plugged in correctly, as the appliance cannot function without a proper connection.
The crystal mat should then be covered to check whether it generates the desired heat. Finally, note that the magnetic field cylinder only starts up when it is positioned near a coil.
Hold the cylinder over the crystal mat while one of the magnetic field programs is activated.
Taking into account the user's physical condition, we recommend starting with temperature increments of 35°C to 45°C or 86°F to 158°F for the first application and increasing the temperature if it is well tolerated.
You should always work with temperatures that you can tolerate.
Also remember to drink plenty of water before and after use.
Please note that too high a temperature can cause burns.
To get started, we recommend an application of 15-30 minutes. Pay attention to your physical condition and use the same settings throughout the day.
For regular use, we recommend a duration of 15-60 minutes.
You can also use the VITORI® crystal mat overnight.
Always pay attention to your body's signals. Every body is unique and therefore reacts individually to influences.
Yes, you will find corresponding suggestions for intensive programs on pages 22 and 23.
For individual needs, we recommend that you try it out yourself step by step or, even better, seek advice from a naturopath or doctor.
Yes, we recommend placing a thin, light-colored cotton sheet on the crystal mat.
The advantage of this is that hygienic use is guaranteed for several users and the crystal mat is not soiled (e.g. by sweat).
A light-colored sheet allows the biophotons to penetrate as far as possible and thus reach the body without any problems.
The VITORI® cover for the crystal mats also has a water-repellent layer and retaining straps to provide customized protection. It is also suitable for allergy sufferers and machine washable (up to 30°C).
The VITORI® crystal cushion combines high-quality, breathable memory foam with crystals and provides stable support for the head and neck or relief for the knees.
It consists of two parts, whereby the outer cover is removable and contains various crystals. This can be warmed on the VITORI® crystal mat and used as a wrap or compress for local treatment of various parts of the body.
The crystal belt was developed to flexibly and locally apply infrared deep heat, biophoton therapy, the benefits of negative ions and the properties of crystals bundled in the center of the body.
The handy format of the belt allows targeted application of the integrated forms of therapy, especially to the center of the body. It is also easy to take with you on vacation, to the office or on business trips, for example.
Health and contraindication
There are no known side effects when used correctly.
Dr. Aron Flickstein describes the extremely extensive positive effects in detail in his medical report. We will be happy to send this to you on request.
The pulsating magnetic field therapy of the VITORI® crystal mat is not suitable for people with pacemakers.
All other functions can be used and applied to their full extent.
Magnetic field therapy should not be used during pregnancy or on babies and small children.
From toddler age onwards, the magnetic field can be switched on if there is an indication - please ensure that the infrared deep heat is set to a maximum of 40°C and that the application time does not exceed 20 minutes.
Seniors and children are not advised to use high temperature settings due to the risk of dehydration.
If you suffer from varicose veins or venous insufficiency, it is advisable to discuss the use of infrared deep heat with your doctor.
The pulsating magnetic field (can be switched off) should not be used for the following contraindications (see p. 12 User manual):
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy and other seizure-like nervous disorders
- with existing magnetic and all electronic implants, especially pacemakers
- Cardiac arrhythmia and other heart diseases
- Angina pectoris
- Hyperthyroidism
All other forms of therapy can be used independently of the pulsating magnetic field.
The use of infrared deep heat should be discussed with the attending physician in the event of verrucas/vein weakness (see p. 22 User Manual).
High temperature settings should not be used for diseases caused by exhaustion of the adrenal glands or associated with adrenal insufficiency.
In general, high temperature settings should be limited to a maximum duration of 60 minutes.
You should start with times of 15-20 minutes and slowly extend them to longer times if well tolerated.
High temperatures should not be used at night.
Small children and older people who dehydrate easily should use the VITORI® Crystal Mat at lower temperature settings.
The VITORI® crystal mat is ideal for warming up before exercise and relaxing afterwards.
It can also be used to optimize results and help relieve sore muscles.
The effect of medication or food supplements always depends on how they are absorbed and utilized in the body.
Due to the improved blood circulation, but also due to the improved functionality of the organs (gastrointestinal tract), medications are not only better and more utilized, but also have a stronger effect.
When using the VITORI® crystal mat on a permanent basis, the dosage of medication should therefore be adjusted, and food supplements can often be reduced while maintaining the same effect.
Magnetic field therapy should not be used as an acute remedy. The magnetic field is best used in migraine-free intervals up to 5 times a week for 15 minutes each. The deep heat can also be used more often and for longer if desired.
Forms of therapy
First you see the different crystals, which can also have a positive effect on the body. They also store the heat of the infrared deep heat.
Other visible forms of therapy: Biophotons The red lamps
Infrared deep heat You can feel the warmth of the mat just a few minutes after switching it on. Magnetic field therapy Place the test cylinder with the magnet on the crystal mat and let the “magnet dance”.
The ionized layer that is built into the crystal mat and emits negative ions is not visible.
If the therapy forms are switched on via the control device, an LED lights up when the corresponding therapy form is active. The description of the control unit can be found on pages 9-10.
In order to be able to use the Schumann resonance, select the preset program PF of the pulsating magnetic field therapy.
Since this is a programmed setting of magnetic field therapy, the Schumann resonance cannot be used at the same time as other PEMF programs.
Biophoton light therapy and infrared deep heat can also be used individually.
Negatively charged ions are particles or molecules that have more electrons than protons (see page 24 user manual).
Negatively charged ions occur in large quantities in a natural and clean environment, e.g. at waterfalls, in the forest, by the sea or after thunderstorms.
Our earth is full of negative ions. That's why direct contact with the earth (meadow, soil, sandy beach) is so healing for us.
Two scientists, Dr. Burt Sakmann and Dr. Erwin Neher even received the Nobel Prize in 1991 for his research into the role of negatively charged ions.
Dr. sc. nat. Ulrich Kremsers comments on magnetic field therapy as follows: “From a scientific perspective, there is no serious argument that speaks against the therapeutic use of magnetic field therapy. There is enough evidence for the effect of external magnetic fields on biological systems that also meets scientific standards. In addition, there are therapists who use magnetic field therapy successfully and many patients who report their positive experiences.
The premium crystal mat emits FIR radiation with a total wavelength of 4000-16000 nanometers. The healing power of natural gemstones serves as an amplifier to guide the far-infrared light waves and the special nano-vibration frequencies into the body with the maximum potential. The wavelength of the human body's far infrared rays is about 9000 nanometers. The FIR of the Premium Crystal Mat overlaps with the wavelength emitted by the human body.
This depends on your health condition. However, for the vast majority of applications it is beneficial. However, if you suffer from heat-related problems in summer and are possibly still dehydrated, it is not advisable to use IFR deep heat. In general, you should always drink enough water when using this product.
Other
A special layer of carbon fiber material and copper-silicon fabric completely blocks harmful electromagnetic radiation. The integrated fiber fabric not only absorbs electromagnetic fields but also earth radiations.

No, when ordering a Premium crystal mat or belt, the control unit is included.
Yes, the magnetic field LED pulses in the currently used frequency of the magnetic field.
Within the programs, the magnetic field also pauses. This is completely normal. You can see that the program is still running by the green light.
The crystals are energetically charged and cleansed through deep heat, pulsating magnetic fields, and negative ions, which are detectable through kinesiology. If you wish to energetically cleanse the crystal mat after use, you can activate all functions and let it run for 10-15 minutes without anyone lying on it.
No, however, it's possible that the stones have shifted slightly during transport.
You can easily smooth them out with your fingers or briefly flip the mat so the stones can slide back into position.
The red dots on the crystal mat are not the sources of infrared deep heat; they are instead the biophoton points (see page 19 of the user manual).
