Place the sauna ceiling on a flat surface, usually the floor is the best choice. Then connect the control unit to the sauna blanket and the mains plug to the socket. Now lie down in the middle of the blanket, fold the foot section over your feet and place the head section over your shoulders. Cover yourself with the blanket and close the sauna blanket with the Velcro fastener. Now all you have to do is enjoy the set program.
